Our mischievous 19 month old is a busy little man. He’s been learning how to put words together to make miniature pumpkin head sentences like “throw it”, “cook it”, “sock and shoes” and my personal favorite, “Mama’s cockie” (Mama’s coffee). His favorite food in the whole world is Eggo wheat blueberry waffles (“wapples”). I hear that word far more than any other.
His favorite thing to do right now is read books. I find him reading by himself all the time. He giggles and stomps his feet in excitement when we ask him if he wants to read a book.
His favorite book of all (and his favorite song) is Wheels on the Bus.
Davis thought it would be a good idea to be the cutest Ninja Turtle in the world for Halloween. As you can see, he was a little bit confused. But he carried that pumpkin like a champ and walked right up to people’s doors. After they would hand him candy, he would immediately try to walk passed them and into their house. Where da party at?
He received his first “biter” report from school this month. He has been the victim of several biters but he’s never actually tried it himself. The report specifically says that the other kid tried to take his toy away from him, soooooooooo…hopefully the other kid learned a lesson. I’M KIDDING. Sharing has always been a sensitive subject for the little dude. He’s going to get it all out of his system now and be the most generous adult the world has ever seen. Right?
